  Chris made me feel confident in her ability to make my dress fit like a glove, and she certainly delivered. When I had a moment of panic because the tulle on my dress was wrinkled after getting it "professionally" cleaned, she suggested a different cleaner that did a much better job on removing the wrinkles. She kept me calm when I thought my dress could be ruined, and the day went off without a hitch. She does prefer payment in cash, and she isn't the least expensive, but the quality and timeliness is worth it!
