  When I walked in to my Murfreesboro TN. Ashley HomeStore, I had a plan to find comfortable living room furniture at a competitive price. Mission Accomplished. After poking around their showroom and trying out several different modes of couch potato comfort, I found a power recliner couch, love seat and chair set that helps me be me... lazy. With a helpful but no pressure sales person I was in and out with easy financing in around an hour. The price was good enough that I could afford the warranty and 5 year annual professional cleaning, a feature I normally would have skipped. The delivery guys were totally professional and friendly. I had a small issue with one of the cup holders and it was handled with no hassle. What more could I ask for ? If you can please a grumpy old man like me, you're doing something right.

  My wife and I have never had a new mattress, and have slept horribly the last 6 years we know of, and probably longer. We have both heard about how "sleep hygiene" effects your body terribly and effects how you feel mentally and emotionally even worse. We knew it was time for a change and went out today to just look at options. All the "discount" mattress stores were closed since it's Sunday, so we looked up Ashley and headed there, and I am so glad we did. Steven Cline, Sleep Expert, greeted us with his chipper charismatic personality and gave us the basic rundown of the layout, giving us a chance to explore our interests. When we ended up over at the mattress section he came over to us in excitement. Steven shared his knowledge in depth, giving us a sleep education we have in desperate need of, and walked us through the amazing technology of mattress' that I had no idea even existed. He took the time to work with us, asking about our sleep thoroughly. How we sleep, what position we sleep in, what we do throughout the day, questions that didn't even seem related to sleep at the time even came up. He taught us as he showed us the models that best suited our needs, and we ended up on the Tempur-pedic Flex Supreme, and we just wanted to lay there forever! Steven Cline is the epitome of what customer service is all about. He took care of us in depth, from entering the store, educating the product, financing, and warranty information, there was no area left grey. I would send everyone I know to see Steven if I could, and plan to refer them to him again and again. I will be going back for all of my furniture needs to Ashley, thanks to the amazing experience I had and the in depth care we received. I can't say enough in words of how happy I am with my purchase. Thanks Steven for making me a lifetime customer.

  Lana was very helpful with finding my next living room set. Friendly faces all around and no one was pushy expecting a sale. That’s relieving when having to shop in store, for me. When I did have questions, they were promptly answered, too.
