  I went last night to trade in my PS4 and the two workers in there were very friendly and gave me a quote of $238.20 for trade in value but I hadn't updated my PS4 recently and their Internet was slow so I had to bring it home to update. I went back in the next morning after updating it and the manager was there and he quoted me $164 and after I explained well I was quoted $238 the night before why is it not the same he stated several bogus deductions and defects to my PS4. I then said well I'll just come back to talk to the guy that helped me before which he quickly and rudely added that " I'm a manager here so the price is gonna stay what I said"... luckily I went to the Rutherford location and they gave me the correct $238.20 that I was originally quoted!! Poor management seems to be the issue which is unfortunate because the other staff was very friendly
