  Prior to interacting with the owner, I really loved this shop. Lots of adorable items for sale and a really nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the owner and will probably not return or recommend this shop to others. Sometimes the nature of the issue is overshadowed by how it is handled. Courses in professionalism, kindness, and conflict resolution might be in order. EDIT: This review is not, despite what the owner says, about her policies. Nor is it a result of my inability to read the fine print. I overlooked the details of this transaction and that is obviously my mistake. I owned that mistake, just as your publishing of our communications demonstrates. If you read the above review, as the owner seemingly did not, this negative review is a result of her lack of professionalism. Her mean and vindictive attitude toward a customer. Her angry disposition. Also her dishonesty as 1) she did not offer me in store credit, and 2) PayPal reversed that refund and credited my account. I literally asked for a credit and was turned down. Girl get you some anger management classes and chill please.

  I love love love Quinn’s! Every time I need a special gift I go here! They carry some amazing local items and are always so helpful! I brought my mom there to grab some sweet personal gifts for friends and found everything she needed and more!
