  I wouldn't give this place even one star unless it made me. Terrible experience. My fiance and I went in to look at purchasing a new couch and love seat. After walking around for a bit we found the set we liked and asked about financing since we're trying to build my fiance's credit. The application was denied but they told us that in house financing was available and it did report to all 3 credit bureau's. We were introduced to the person who does the in house financing and she spent the next 20 minutes talking in circles about the plans that were available. After she finished she asked us what plan we wanted and for the 3rd time I told her, I have no idea until you show us the breakdown between the two. She then told me that they had pulled her off her lunch break and she needed a sales person to input our information. This is after we have already been trying to make this purchase for almost an hour at this point. After spending 10 minutes trying to find a sales person I told her forget it, we'll pay cash and be done. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally a sales person walks up, doesn't introduce himself and says you want to buy some furniture? He proceeds to take our information and get the purchase ready. I tell him that the set we're looking at which is a floor model has 2 rips in it. He tells me that one looks like the stitching has just come undone. This rip is 2in below where a seam is it, it's a rip, not an undone seam. I tell him if he's willing to cover the cost of having the furniture delivered to my house since I've now been here so long I don't have time to come back with my trailer, I'll pay for fixing the rips myself. No deal. Can't do it. I think it's a fair offer but whatever. He says they're already discounted because of the damage and by the way they don't come with a warranty because they're a floor model. The store has been open a week....he even confirmed that they've only been sitting there a week, maybe two, but no warranty. Fine. I ask him since we're paying for this set and can't come get it until the next day, can you at least pull them off the floor so no one else can get in them until we can come back. Nope, I'll put a sold sign on them. My fiance goes and picks them up the next day, this past Monday and when we get it home, we find a nice black pen mark on a seat cushion that was not there 24 hours earlier. Pretty showroom and nice furniture, but don't expect any customer service. I'll build my own furniture before I ever set foot in this place again.
