  Smart Ride was outside of the Sam's Club to repairing windshields for Sam's Club Members Only. Smart Ride have you to sign a ticket to take inside of Sam's to pay for the repairs done to your windshield. At the bottom of the paper says "I acknowledge that the above referenced auto glass repair service has been completed to my satisfaction in a courteous and professional manner". You sign this ticket, and take it inside of Sam's to pay for the service while they perform the work outside. When you return to your vehicle and questioned the quality of the work, you are then told you already signed the ticket. My windshield was not repaired.
