  We have had a terrible experience with Sears . We’ve been buying appliances from them for years and never had this problem until now . We paid for a new dishwasher almost 6 weeks ago and they have delivered twice, only to find that the dishwashers were broken / defective. Different representatives keep giving us conflicting information about our order . They have mixed up our address and our phone number . A couple of the phone representatives have been rude and condescending . I will update this if our dishwasher actually gets here today and is installed and runs correctly. This particular experience has been nothing short of awful for us.
