  We have been Sprint customers for over 15 years and must say this store lacks the standard Sprint quality service. Bought 2 new phones 3 months ago, a Samsung Note 8 and a IPhone 8 plus. Our service has been slow to say the least. On the "LTE" our fastest speed has been 0.66. (I know that's not the stores fault) when I went back to the store to see if it was the phones, they were shocked at how slow the phones were moving and proceeded to reset the phones. That didn't fix anything and so their response was, "We can't do anything about it. You need to call Sprint." WHAT??? REALLY??? Anyway after over 15 years service I guess it's time for a change.
