  I went into Staples 45 minutes before close, emailed 20 pages of docs to print, waited and waited and waited for them to receive it. I was the only print services customer. I tried Yahoo, I tried Gmail, I emailed to the clerk, emailed through self-help... still no docs. They closed at 9 pm. I got the confirmation email at 9:05 pm. I left without any documents and lost an hour of my time with no consolation. I will never ever rely on Staples again. I'm switching to FedEx. The higher price will guarantee far better service.
