  I have been a regular customer at Tiffany Lane and purchased many items that I haven’t had any problems with. Last month I purchased a blouse that I have worn twice and have not laundered. The blouse was coming unraveled in two places so I took it in to see if I could switch out the shirt. The owner informed me they no longer had the top and they were not responsible after the item had been worn. I was not upset but hoping for a solution when I went in and I felt I was met with an attitude that was unwarranted. I was disappointed in the handling of the situation and felt it was poor customer service. I was told I could possibly get a discount on an item if I wanted to buy something else but I wasn’t told what that discount would be. I have taken the shirt to be fixed which has cost me an additional $12.
